Who counts as a paid user?
Only editors — people who mark up, measure or manage items. Viewers can open drawings, markups and lists without changing anything, and they are free on paid plans, so clients and consultants cost nothing.
Are features held back on cheaper plans?
No. Every plan has every drawing and field tool: markup, takeoff, compare and overlay, punch lists, RFIs, submittals, daily reports, drawing checks and live sessions. Paid plans add people, projects, storage and admin controls.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. New organisations get 14 days of the Business plan, and the Free plan has no time limit.
Which currency will I pay in?
The page shows prices in your local currency where we have one, and you can change it with the currency menu. Sales tax, VAT or GST for your billing country is added at checkout.
What is the founding-customer offer?

Can I cancel or change plans?
Yes. Add or remove editors at any time; changes are prorated. If you cancel, your data stays readable and you can export your drawings, markups and lists.
